You will be leading teams, managing projects and finding innovative solutions to challenging issues bridging the gap between senior strategy and frontline delivery. To be successful you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills using a variety of approaches with wide ranging diverse groups of people and have the ability to understand and investigate complex information finding solutions to influence outcomes. You will also be confident managing difficult situations and supervising the development of junior staff.
